Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointiyhtymän (PHHYKY) ja Heinolan kaupunki hankkivat ikääntyneiden tehostettua palveluasumista yksityisiltä palveluntuottajilta osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä tarkemmin kuvatuin ehdoin. Hankittaville palveluille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteellä yksi (1) olevalla palvelukuvauksella. Kaikki ilmoittautujat, jotka täyttävät osallistumispyynnössä asetetut vaatimukset, valitaan palveluntuottajiksi. OSALLISTUMISHAKEMUSTEN JÄTTÄMINEN: Osallistumishakemusten toimitus määräaikaan 28.10.2021 klo 15.00 mennessä, jonka jälkeen osallistumispyyntö otetaan korjaustilaan ja uusia osallistumishakemuksia ei voi jättää. Eli osallistumishakemuksia ei voi jättää 28.10.2021 klo 15.01 - 2.1.2022 välisenä aikana. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Tilaajan hankinnalle asettamat yksityiskohtaiset tavoitteet ovat: 1. Asiakkaan valinnan vapauden edistäminen 2. Palvelun laadun kehittäminen asiakastarpeita vastaavaksi 3. Monituottajuusmallin tukeminen 4. Uusien yritysten joustavan markkinoille pääsyn mahdollistaminen 5. Kuntien taloudellista kantokykyä tukeva palvelumalli
