Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena on siivouspalvelut Helsingin kaupungin kohteissa. Tarkemmat kohdekohtaiset tiedot (esim. puhtaustasot, siivoustaajuus) määritellään myöhemmissä DPS:n sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa. Kohteina ovat mm. : - Toimistotilat - Liikuntatilat ja -hallit - Nuorisotalot - Kirjastot - Taiteilijoiden talot - Työväenopistot - Työpajat - Pelastusasemat ja -laitokset - Taidemuseon tilat - Muut julkiset oleskelu- ja vapaa-ajanviettotilat - Yleiset WC-tilat Kaikki kelpoisuus- ja vähimmäisvaatimukset täyttävät toimittajat valitaan mukaan DPS:sään. Helsingin kaupungin yksiköt toteuttavat hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla (minikilpailutuksilla).
