Kokonaisurakka Jyväskylän yliopiston Agora-rakennuksen 5. kerroksen tilamuutoksista Jyväskylän yliopisto pyytää tarjouksia yllä mainitusta urakasta liitteenä olevien tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kilpailutuksen kohteena oleva rakennuskohde käsittää Jyväskylän yliopiston Agora-rakennuksen 5. kerroksen tilamuutosten rakennustyöt liitteenä olevien urakkalaskenta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakka-alue on käytössä olevan toimistorakennuksen 5. kerroksessa, jossa on toimintaa urakka-aikana. Urakka-alueen koko on noin 310 m2. Tarjouksen tulee sisältää JYU, Agoran 5. kerroksen tilamuutostöiden tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaiset rakennustyöt kokonaisuudessaan valmiiksi saatettuna. Urakkamuotona on kokonaisurakka, jossa kokonaisurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja päätoteuttajana. LVV-, Sprinkleri-, Ilmanvaihto- sekä Sähkötyöt sisältyvät pääurakoitsijan suoritusvelvollisuuksiin. Pääurakan urakka-aika on viikot 46/2026 –13/2027 (9.11.2026-31.3.2027). Tilamuutosten töiden tulee olla valmiit viimeistään 31.3.2027.
