… Die Laufzeit des Vertrages endet am 30.09.2031. Die Laufzeit dieses Vertrages verlängert sich einmalig um 2 weitere Jahre, sofern die Auftraggeberin der Fortsetzung des Vertragsverhältnisses nicht mit einer Frist von 12 Monaten vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit in Textform widerspricht. Die Widerspruchsfrist für die Auftragnehmerin beträgt ebenfalls 12 Monate vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Widerspruch muss in Textform erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Fristwahrung ist der Zugang bei der anderen Seite. Der Vertrag endet spätestens zum 30.09.2033 ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Los 2 Der Leistungsbeginn ist der 01.10.2027.
