… No 63 of 31.07.2018 and BDS. The seller submits a Declaration of Conformity for the quality of liquid fuels. Estimated quantities: Automotive gasoline A95H – 25,000 l. (twenty-five thousand liters) + 10% Diesel motor fuel with 6% biodiesel – 85,000 l. (eighty-five thousand liters) + 10% Gasoil for industrial and communal purposes /GPCC/ - 15,000 l. /fifteen thousand liters/ + 10% Place of delivery - gas stations of the Seller on the territory of the Municipality of Elin Pelin. Delivery time and contract duration: daily, for a period of 1 (one) calendar year from the date of conclusion of the exchange representation contract. The object of the order is the delivery of goods that are traded on the commodity exchange, according to a list approved by an act of the Council of Ministers on a proposal of the Minister of Finance. The contract will be concluded under the terms and conditions set out in the stock exchange regulations of Sofia Commodity Exchange AD, which holds license No LSB-3/2007.
