… according to the relevant procedure, quantities and types of construction works and all activities reflected in the technical specification; The offer for the execution of the order and the Price offer. Activity III - Exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of the construction works on the site - The contractor exercises author’s supervision during construction through the respective designers – natural persons entitled to carry out author’s supervision on the relevant parts of the project, in accordance with Article 162(2) of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and its regulations. The activities which are the subject of the contract will be carried out in respect of the following sub-sites: Sub-site 1: Main repair of a street in the village of Busintsi from OT4-OT70-OT71-OT72-OT73 with a length of 338 meters. Sub-site 2: Main repair of a street in the village of Busintsi from OT120-OT121-OT58 with a length of 105.94 meters. Category of construction: Category IV. A detailed description of all the activities envisaged is contained in the technical specification attached to the documentation.
