… examinations at the time of approval of the documentation, and their number is distributed as follows: 32 women and 9 men. The contracting authority does not commit to the specified number of employees who will be carried out medical examinations and tests for the duration of the contract, as well as to a specific number of employees divided by gender – men / women. The contracting authority shall pay the Contractor the examinations actually carried out, valued at unit prices. The reviews that will be carried out for all employees: Eye examination and assessment of the state of vision of employees - issuing a prescription for glasses (if necessary) working with video displays; Clinical - laboratory tests of blood sugar (glucose), cholesterol and triglycerides. Package of women: Ultrasound of mammary glands - only for women; Package of men: Ultrasound of the prostate gland - only for men; The medical examinations are detailed in the Technical Requirements and Specifications constituting Annex 1 to this documentation. The processing of personal data concerning the identity and health of employees should be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
