The subject of this call for tenders is the supply of A-95H gasoline by way of purchase. Total quantity to be delivered: 500,000 litres. Time limit for performance of the contract: up to 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of entry into force of the contract or until the total quantity is reached/exhausted, whichever is earlier. … Emergency (extraordinary) delivery is made within 1 (one) day after receipt of the request. Location/Place of transmission: Warehouses of the Buyer's SML: - Troyanovo-1 Rudnik, Troyanovo village; - Rudnik "Troyanovo - North", village of Kovachevo; - Troyanovo-3 Rudnik, Mednikarovo village; - Warehouse of “Mini Maritsa - East” EAD, Logistics and Control Department, Radnevo. Fragrance: DDP agreed warehouses of the Buyer's SML according to Incoterms 2020. The order is awarded through an accredited broker of Sofia Commodity Exchange AD. The buyer is represented by “Yo Ve Trade” EOOD (Trade Intermediary) according to the Exchange Representation Agreement. The amount due by the Buyer is paid by bank transfer within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, on the basis of an invoice-original and a bilaterally signed acceptance-delivery protocol for the delivery, accompanied by the documents under item 25 accompanying the execution of the order.
