Subscription support, including analysis of emergency situations and recommendations for action, verification of the physical and logical integrity of the database, definition of users, roles and access rights, assistance in problem situations and instructions by phone and/or e-mail for the correct use of the functionality. The period for parameterization and adjustment is up to 60 calendar days from the entry into force of the contract. The training is carried out within 60 calendar days from the entry into force of the contract. Subscription maintenance is from the date of the protocol for regular operation until 20.08.2027 inclusive or until the maximum permissible value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first.
