Providing consultations and performing on-site service activities at the request of the NSI, up to 25 man-hours for the installed IBM SPSS licenses in the NSI, such as: • the response period to the request is up to four hours after receipt and at the single entry point for service; • the consultations are carried out by certified qualified specialists in Bulgarian. 1. Performance guarantee: Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the successful tenderer shall provide a performance guarantee of 10% (ten per cent) of the contract value excluding VAT. 2. The guarantee shall be provided in one of the following forms: - amount of money; - bank guarantee; - insurance that secures the performance by covering the contractor’s liability. The guarantee may be provided on behalf of the Contractor at the expense of a third-party guarantor. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the guarantee itself.
