… amending the supply contract by concluding an additional agreement under Article 116 of the Public Procurement Act concerning the extension of the duration of the contract, in the event of a new procedure for the selection of a contractor with the same subject matter being launched and not completed, until the conclusion of a contract for the award of an order under this subsequent procedure. The contracting authority’s estimated budget for the supply of natural gas for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months was made on the basis of actual expenditure for a previous financial period in accordance with the Annual Act on the Supply of Natural Gas by Overgas Networks AD. The estimated budget of the Contracting Authority for the supply of natural gas for a period of 36 (thirty-six) was made in connection with Article 21(8)(1) of the Public Procurement Act on the basis of the actual total value of the supplies of the same type that were awarded during the previous 12 months, adjusted for any changes in quantity or value that could occur over a period of 12 months after the award of the contract, calculated from January 2025 to December 2025, including the estimated value calculated as follows - the estimated quantity of natural gas in MWh x price EUR 60.36 /MWh (excluding VAT).
