If the Client's needs exceed the quantities specified above, the Client has the right to purchase larger quantities than those specified, and the same additional quantities the Seller is obliged to sell under the terms of the concluded stock exchange transaction without changing them. Fuels must comply with BDS or equivalent and the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, procedure and manner of their control, adopted by Decree No 156 of the Council of Ministers of 15 July 2003, the conditions, procedure and manner of their control, as well as all other applicable requirements of the current regulatory framework regarding the quality of fuels. The Contracting Authority shall require strict compliance with the conditions of the attached Technical Specification.
