… environment in the urbanized territory and of buildings and facilities, as well as with all other applicable regulations. The execution of the works is carried out in accordance with Part Three “Construction” of the Spatial Development Act and includes actual execution of the works provided for the site, according to the investment project prepared by the Contractor, agreed and approved in the appropriate order, quantities and types of works and all activities reflected in the Technical Specification, the Proposal for the execution of the order and the Price Offer. The contractor exercises author’s supervision during construction through the respective designers – natural persons entitled to carry out author’s supervision on the relevant parts of the project, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act and the performance contract. The full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification – Annex No 1, an integral part of this tender documentation.
