Delivery of specialized tents for emergency medical care.On the grounds of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to the lack of secured funding at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority shall make the performance of the contract conditional.The performance shall begin after confirmation by the Contracting Authority of secured funding and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. In the event of failure to provide the performance guarantee within the period specified by the Assignor, without the presence of objective reasons, the contract shall be terminated. Where, after the expiry of a 3-month period from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, either party may request its termination without notice. Where, after the expiry of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, the contract shall be deemed terminated.
