The participant in the public procurement shall prove its compliance with the requirement by applying an authorisation letter or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or its official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian in its Technical Proposal. *** The requirements for the execution of the contract are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Annex No 1.
