… including working drawings and details; Activity 2 - Exercise of construction supervision during construction in the mandatory scope regulated in the SPA and its implementing regulations. The activities will be performed by the Contractor for the entire period of construction of the site, including the time until the date of issuance of a document for commissioning, as the starting date will be the date of receipt by the CONTRACTOR of a letter for the start of the implementation of a specific activity under the contract. The investment intention of the Municipality of Troyan is to reconstruct and repair the part intended for a community center, thereby creating normal conditions for rehearsals of amateur groups, as well as offering a better quality cultural product. The full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the contract is described and regulated in the Technical Specifications, an integral part of the tender documentation.
