What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is a one-time delivery of 1 specialized car – a hearse (used), in accordance with the technical specification and in compliance with the requirements set out in the technical and price proposal – an integral part of the procurement documents. The delivery will be carried out upon prior request by the municipal enterprise, submitted in writing. The conditions under which the subject of the public procurement will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the technical specifications, the technical and price proposal of the Contractor. The subject of the contract must include registration of the delivered vehicle at the traffic police and warranty (service) service of the vehicle for a period provided for in the technical proposal of the Contractor.
