… regulate public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the ordinances to the ZE, the Rules for Trading Electricity (PTEE) and the Rules for Measurement of the Quantity of Electricity (PIKEE)). The requirements for implementation and the estimated amount of consumption are described in detail in Annex 1 to the ‘Technical Specification’ annexed to the documentation. The terms of performance shall be as set out in the attached draft contract.
