The public procurement includes services for servicing, prophylaxis and supply of spare parts. In view of the above, and in accordance with Article 11(2) of the Public Procurement Act and in conjunction with Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, the main subject matter is defined as a service, since the estimated value of the services is greater than that of the supplies. The subject matter of the contract includes maintenance, prevention and supply of spare parts and consumables, which, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the technical specifications of the contract, are complex and interrelated. In view of the above, it is appropriate for these three main activities to be carried out by a single contractor, thus ensuring the quality and timely service of air conditioning equipment, including through the supply of spare parts, and the contractor under the contract will assume responsibility for the overall implementation of maintenance.
