… proposed vehicle must hold a valid EC certificate of conformity issued by the manufacturer or its authorised representative established in the Community, in accordance with Regulation No 60 of 2009 on the type-approval of new motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as comply with the requirements of Regulation No H-21 of 2023, which transposes into Bulgarian law the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1161 on the promotion of clean vehicles.
