… the Assignor or persons designated by him. Within 10 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract, the Contractor shall provide information on the dimensions of life-saving suits for work in water, including the range from at least 165 cm to 195 cm, safety shoes from at least number 36 to number 47 of the European Numbering (EU) respectively, and protective gloves with a size of not less than S to XL inclusive. The deadline for performance of the deliveries is up to 120 calendar days from the receipt of the request of the Assignor by the Contractor, but not later than 11.02.2028. The request shall be sent by the Assignor or persons designated by him within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract may be amended with regard to the period for implementation of the public procurement (11.02.2028), on the basis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA, by mutual agreement of the Parties, expressed in writing, in the event that an additional agreement amends the period for implementation of the activity / project, agreed by financing contract No 18437
