Lawful, quality and timely start, execution and completion of construction, including delivery of construction products, mechanization, workforce and any services and activities necessary for the execution of construction in accordance with the technical specifications, the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and its implementing regulations, as well as all other existing normative documents relevant to the repair works performed and the Public Procurement Contract; b. Warranty service until the expiration of the warranty period c.
