For problems encountered in the construction of the site, the author's supervision should immediately provide competent solutions and provide technical assistance, within the deadlines specified by the Contracting Authority. The author's supervision shall eliminate at its own expense all omissions and inaccuracies in the project, established during the construction, within the deadlines specified by the Contracting Authority. With the supervision of the designers - authors of individual parts of the technical design, the exact implementation of the project, compliance with architectural, technological and construction rules and norms, as well as the preparation of the design documentation for the commissioning of the site are guaranteed. The Contractor, through his experts, shall: - Supervises the execution of the construction during the entire period of execution of the construction and installation works to comply with the requirements of the designer for accurate execution of the project made by him by all participants in the construction; - Participates in the elaboration and coordination of changes in the project documentation if necessary at the request of the Assignor and/or at the proposal of the Consultant performing the construction supervision, etc.; - Makes certification of the executive documentation for the construction after the execution of the site.
