The maximum permissible price for the main supply and installation of 44 air conditioning systems, including all ancillary activities and contractual obligations, is EUR 95 000.00 (ninety-five thousand) excluding VAT. The contracting authority provides for the option with a separate maximum financial limit of EUR 5 000.00 (five thousand) excluding VAT, including the equipment and all necessary installation, installation and ancillary activities. This limit is part of the total EUR 100,000.00 excluding VAT and is not added above them. The option limit is not a fixed remuneration due. Only the value of the actually assigned, executed and accepted performance determined according to the agreed unit prices and the order of the contract shall be paid. The period for performance may not exceed 20 /twenty/ calendar days and begins on the day of conclusion of the performance contract.
