Given that at the next stage a new “Low Zone” will be designated for the water supply of the city, it is envisaged that the new water supply line will be filled with reinforced polyethylene pipes DN 160mm /PERC;PN10/, which will be the main water supply branch of this zone. The existing water supply on “Assoc. “Vasil Tashev” in the section between Hristo Botev Street and Ivan Klincharov Street is executed by AC f60mm and is part of the secondary water supply network of Rakitovo The closest to its diameter is DN90, according to the requirements of the regulatory documents for the minimum diameter of street water supply. The new plumbing should be filled with reinforced polyethylene pipes DN 90mm /PERC;PN10/. Existing water pipes are laid at a depth of 1.60m. During the reconstruction of the water pipes, the new ones should be laid at the same depth. All water pipes will be polyethylene high density for working pressure 10 atm. It is envisaged that the connections between the pipes will be made on a front weld for the plumbing branches and on a quick installation connection for the building deviations.
