… used in the evaluation of tenders. The customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified quantities of goods according to his needs. Place of performance of the contract: Varna, 55 Marin Drinov Str. Deadline for execution of the order - 12 (twelve) months. Delivery time – up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the written request by the Customer. The delivery of the goods should be carried out in accordance with the conditions of storage and transportation described by the manufacturer, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, intact, with an indication of origin, and, if applicable, accompanied by an analysis certificate and a safety data sheet in Bulgarian. The remaining shelf life of the items offered at the time of delivery should not be less than 80% of the shelf life indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging.
