In the event of failure to provide the performance guarantee within the period specified by the Assignor, without the presence of objective reasons, the contract shall be terminated.Where funding is not provided after the expiry of a 3-month period from the conclusion of the contract, either party may request its termination without notice.Where funding is not provided after the expiry of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, the contract shall be deemed terminated.
