What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of the public procurement is to select a contractor for the supply of net quantities of medium-voltage and low-voltage active electricity and to select a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the National Guards Unit (NBS) for a period of 24 months or until the estimated value of EUR 250 000 excluding VAT, which is capped, is reached. The total amount of electricity consumed – average voltage for the period August 2025 – July 2026 was 149 469 KWh and the amount of low-voltage electricity for the same period was 364 166 KWh. The expected (estimated) quantity of electricity supply MV and LV on an annual basis for the duration of the contract is commensurate with the quantities consumed for the specified 12-month period. As a result of the procedure, the contracting authority will conclude a contract for combined services under Article 11(10), in conjunction with Article 20 of the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE), namely the purchase of electricity and payment for all services used by the contracting authority as a final customer – ‘access to the electricity transmission and/or distribution network’, ‘transmission of electricity through the electricity transmission and/or distribution network’ and ‘balancing responsibility’, as well as settling the relations in relation to the payment of the amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
