… repatriation shall be carried out at the expense of the Contractor. • Delivery and installation of spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles at prices, according to the price offer of the Contractor, without a mark-up, and the spare parts and consumables supplied must be brand new and original for the respective brand and model motor vehicle and meet the quality requirements in the Republic of Bulgaria. • The warranty period of the delivered spare parts and consumables is according to the manufacturer's warranty and starts from the date of the invoice for the delivered. • Warranty period of the performed repairs works - at the proposal of the participant, but not less than 6 months for light and medium repair and 12 months for major (severe) repair, as of the date of signing the document certifying the performance. In the performance of this contract, the selected Contractor should perform regular maintenance of the vehicle depending on the mileage of the vehicle and the technical requirements.
