… may change according to the needs of the contracting authority. All delivery materials of the Contractor necessary for the performance of the activities should be included in his price offer. When there is a need to perform activities or supply materials not covered by the CCC, prices are negotiated additionally, based on the agreed price formation indicators: average hourly rate, additional labour costs, transport and mechanization costs, delivery - storage costs for materials, profit. The emergency works on highway and distribution thermal lines and thermal conductors deviations are paid with the so-called "emergency factor", which is in the amount of 1.2 and is calculated in relation to the unit prices specified in the CCC by the participant appointed as contractor.
