… non-registered medicinal products and are supplied in accordance with Regulation № 10/2011 on the conditions and procedure for treatment with medicinal products not authorised for use in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as on the conditions and procedure for inclusion, modification, exclusion and supply of medicinal products on the list referred to in Article 266a(2) of the ZLPHM. The products are supplied for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date specified in the contract. The delivery time is as follows: » The delivery period for the requested quantities of medicines/products is up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from receipt of an application, except in cases where an explicit written agreement has been reached between the parties for a delivery period different from the one announced. » The delivery time for an urgent request is up to 6 (six) hours from its receipt. The contracting authority shall require contractors to ensure the performance of specific contracts concluded on the basis of restricted procedures with a performance guarantee of 5% (five per cent) of the value of the relevant contract excluding VAT.
