… the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification. Deliveries subject to the order will be made on the basis of written requests of the Assignor, according to his current needs, under the conditions and within the terms specified in the draft contract. The quantities of plastic containers for household waste specified in the Technical Specifications are estimated for a period of 12 months and the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of the contract, not to declare in full an estimated quantity of goods, as well as to request deliveries of goods above or below the estimated quantities specified for them, until the maximum value of the Contract is reached. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the Assignor and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the Technical Specification of the Assignor, the Technical and Price Offers of the Contractor – an integral part of the Documentation. The contract to be concluded with the successful tenderer shall enter into force on the date of registration.

Изискване: Участникът следва да е реализирал за последните 3 /три/ приключили финансови години (2023 г., 2024 г. и 2025 г.) или за по-кратък период в зависимост от датата, на която е създаден или е започнал дейността си, следните минимални обороти, съгласно чл. 61, ал. 1, т. 1 и ал. 2 и чл. 62, ал. 3 от ЗОП, а именно: минимален общ оборот в размер на 300 000,00 евро без ДДС, изчислен като общ сбор от годишните обороти за референтния период; Деклариране: Съответствието с поставения критерий се декларира в ЕЕДОП – част IV, раздел „Б: Икономическо и финансово състояние“.
