The purpose of the public procurement is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to conclude a contract for the delivery and commissioning of 550 licenses for office packages and mail server. The selected contractor must configure a data storage and sharing platform, set up and provide access to personal data storage and sharing space for all users holding the required license, and configure and provide access to data storage and sharing space available to the entire Ministry. При поискване от страна на Възложителя, в случаите по чл. 67, ал. 5 от ЗОП и при сключване на договор за доказване на съответствието c поставения критерий за подбор, участникът предоставя Списък на доставките, които са идентични или сходни c предмета на обществената поръчка, c посочване на стойностите, датите и получателите, заедно c доказателство за извършената доставка, (чл. 64, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП). Доказателствата следва да бъдат издадени от получателя на доставката под формата на протоколи, референции, препоръки и др. документи или чрез посочване на публичен регистър, в който е публикувана информация за доставката. Възложителят може да не приеме представено доказателство за технически и професионални способности, когато то произтича от лице, което има интерес, който може да води до облага по смисъла на чл. 76 от ЗПКСЛЗПД
