… products supplied must comply with the requirements of the ZLPHM and must be authorised for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued in accordance with the ZLPHM or Regulation (EC) No 726/2004, except where they are non-registered medicinal products and are supplied in accordance with Regulation № 10/2011 on the conditions and procedure for treatment with medicinal products not authorised for use in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as on the conditions and procedure for inclusion, modification, exclusion and supply of medicinal products on the list referred to in Article 266a(2) of the ZLPHM. 5. Participants designated as contractors need to keep in stock average monthly quantities of products from the won nomenclatures compared to the estimated quantities announced by the Contracting Authority. * Wherever reference is made to standards in the Technical Specification, they shall be read and understood as ‘or equivalent’. 6. Deliveries 6.1. The products are delivered for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the contract. 6.2.
