… ‘Working’ phase for a site: ‘Development of landscaping sites in the central part of the village of Oreshak’. The investment project must be developed in accordance with the Design Terms of Reference as well as the Technical Specification. In connection with Activity 1, complete project documentation must be prepared in accordance with the requirements in the Technical Specification, the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and Ordinance №4 on the scope and content of investment projects. An explanatory note, working drawings and details, as well as design-account documentation, shall be provided with each of the design parts, including: General and detailed Quantitative and Quantitative Accounts.
