The investment project must be developed in accordance with the Design Terms of Reference as well as the Technical Specification. In connection with Activity 1, complete project documentation must be prepared in accordance with the requirements in the Technical Specification, the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and Ordinance №4 on the scope and content of investment projects.
