Кандидатите, които предлагат лекарствени продукти, съдържащи наркотични вещества, следва да притежават да притежават Лицензия по чл.32, ал.1 от Закона за контрол върху наркотичните вещества и прекурсорите за търговия на едро с лекарствени продукти, съдържащи наркотични вещества за медицински цели.
