The subject of this public procurement is the periodic supply of construction materials and related products for the needs of the Municipality of Kyustendil and the secondary budget spenders. The volume of deliveries subject to the contract is determined by written request, according to the needs of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, without limitation of the number of requests in time. Each request is made by an authorized representative of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY sent to the CONTRACTOR's e-mail (email or electronic system). The acceptance of each delivery shall be carried out at the place of the final recipient by means of a bilaterally signed acceptance-delivery protocol by type and quantity and presentation of an original tax invoice issued in the name of the respective authorising officer. All costs related to the execution of the delivery to the end point (the site of the Contracting Authority), including transport, insurance, packaging, labelling and loading and unloading activities, shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are estimated and the Contracting Authority is not bound by their full absorption. If necessary in the course of performance of the contract, the list of delivery sites may be updated by including new ones or excluding existing ones, and the Contractor undertakes to serve them under the same price and organizational conditions. Full information on the scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract is detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the tender documentation.
