… facilities is in accordance with Ordinance №1 of 2 February 2018 on physiological nutrition standards for the population, Ordinance № 2 of 7 March 2013 on healthy nutrition for children aged 0 to 3 years in childcare facilities and children’s kitchens Ordinance №6/10.08.2011 on healthy nutrition for children aged 3 to 7 years in childcare facilities. The food is prepared in an establishment registered under Article 26 of the Food Act, according to the preliminary request for the number of portions and must meet the safety and quality requirements regulated in European and national legislation. Each batch of food is accompanied by a document certifying the origin of the food and a document certifying its compliance and safety /Article 4 of Ordinance № 2 of 20 January 2021 on the specific requirements for the safety and quality of food offered in childcare facilities, school canteens and retail outlets on the territory of schools and childcare facilities,
