В обхвата на настоящата поръчка е включено извършването на строително монтажни работи, свързани с ремонт на надлеза и пътната конструкция, който да отстранят неизправности касаещи отделни части от връхната конструкция на съоръжението и долното строене, с които да бъде гарантирана необходимата надеждност, дълготрайност и пригодност за експлоатация. Ремонтните дейности имат за цел увеличаване на неговата носимоспособността на пътя и съоръжението, както и възможността да поемат съвременни товарни въздействия. За строежа е издадено Разрешение за строеж за обект „Ремонт на съоръжения на пътната инфраструктура, обслужващи общински път PVN 3049 - / PVN 1045, Долна Митрополия - Горна Митрополия, / III-3004 / - депо ТБО при км. 0+375 (етап I), при км 0+970 (етап II) и км. 3+880 (етап III)“. Категорията на строежа съгласно чл.137, ал.1, т.3 от ЗУТ е III-та.
