Предметът на поръчката е: „Доставка на питейна вода и отвеждане на канални води за нуждите на НПГ по КТС гр. Правец, при ТУ-София“. Обществената поръчка включва следните дейности: Доставка на питейна вода, Oтвеждане на отпадъчни води (канализация) и Пречистване на отпадъчни води. Прогнозните количества са посочени в Техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията на поръчката. Договорът за изпълнение на предмета на поръчката ще бъде сключен за срок до 60 месеца. Операторът е длъжен да доставя вода с питейни качества, отговарящи на изискванията за качество, посочени в нормативните документи - Наредба № 9 от 16.03.2001 г. за качеството на водата, предназначена за питейно-битови цели, издадена от Министъра на здравеопазването, Министъра на регионалното развитие и благоустройството и Министъра на околната среда и водите, обн. ДВ бр. 30 от 28.03.2001 г. посл. изм. и доп. ДВ. бр. 9 от 23.01.2026 г., както и отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води от ВиК оператор. Съгласно Закона за регулиране на водоснабдителните и канализационни услуги и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му,Комисията по енергийно и водно регулиране (КЕВР) има правомощията да определя цените на предоставяните услуги от операторите. С Решения на КЕВР са определени пределни цени на ВиК услугите. Съгласно чл. 193 от Закона за водите /ЗВ/ (В сила от 28.01.2000г., обн. ДВ. бр. 67 от 27.07.1999 г., посл. изм. ДВ. бр.55 от 16 Юни 2026г.) обществените отношения, свързани с услугите за водоснабдяване и канализация, предмет на настоящата поръчка, се уреждат със Закона за регулиране на водоснабдителните и канализационни услуги /ЗРВКУ/ (В сила от 20.01.2005 г., Обн. ДВ. бр. 18 от 25.02.2005 г., посл. изм. и доп. ДВ. бр.52 от 8 Юни 2026г.) при спазване на ЗВ. Възлагането и изпълнението на настоящата поръчка се осъществява при условията и реда на действащото в РБ законодателство.
