Предметът на обществената поръчка е извършване на СМР на обект: „Благоустрояване на детски площадки в ДГ „Радост”- II- ри етап, находяща се в УПИ III, кв.103, гр. Свиленград, съгласно разработен технически проект на обекта и издадено разрешение за строеж.Проектът има за цел да обнови и модернизира съществуващата площ и да обособи безопасни пространства за игра за всяка група от детската градина.Пълното описание, условията и изискванията за изпълнението на дейностите от предмета на възлагане, са подробно разписани в Техническата спецификация и представената Количествено стойностна сметка /Образец №2-КСС/, част от Ценовото предложение. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на възложителя и на изпълнителя, са съгласно: Проекта на договор; Техническата спецификация; Техническото и Ценовото предложение на Изпълнителя.
