Предметът на обществената поръчка е „Инженеринг (проектиране, СМР и авторски надзор) за изпълнение обект: „Реконструкция и доизграждане на водопроводната мрежа на с. Доброво, Община Бобошево“. Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е проектиране и изпълнение на строителство, свързано с една от дейностите по приложение № 1, съгласно чл. 3, ал.1, т.1, буква „б“ от ЗОП. Към момента на откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране, поради което обществената поръчка се открива при условията на чл. 114 от ЗОП! В съответствие с чл. 48, ал. 1 от ЗОП необходимите характеристики на предмета на обществената поръчка са подробно индивидуализирани в Техническа спецификация на обществената поръчка, съдържаща се отделен документ.
