Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е: „Въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност на Начално училище „Тодор Генчев Влайков“. Строежът е четвърта категория, съгласно издаденото разрешение за строеж и чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 4, буква „б“ от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и чл. 8, ал. 2, буква „б“, т. 3 от Наредба № 1 от 30.07.2003 г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка се съдържа в Техническата спецификация и Количествената сметка, неразделна част от документацията за участие. Всички строително-монтажни работи следва да се изпълнят в съответствие с одобрения инвестиционен проект, приложимите нормативни актове и Техническата спецификация.
