Съгласно изготвения проект на Годишна програма на тематичните курсове за обучение на синдиците за 2026 г. ще бъде проведено едно обучение на синдиците в четвъртото тримесечие на 2026 г. Обучението ще е под формата на тематичен курс „Актуални въпроси на производството по несъстоятелност и съпътстващите го производства“ и ще бъде в рамките на 4 (четири) последователни дни на територията на Република България в периода от 27.11.2026 г. до 30.11.2026 г. включително и ще обхване 3 групи с до 84 синдика на ден, с осигурена нощувка. В обучението ще вземат участие също 3 (трима) лектори и 1 представител на Министерство на правосъдието.
