Предмет на обществената поръчка е доставки на горива за зареждане на моторни превозни средства и специализирана техника, смазочни масла и препарати, както и горива за отопление за нуждите на „ЮЦДП“, гр. Смолян и териториалните му поделения. Необходимите количества горива, смазочни масла и препарати, както и горива за отопление се определят в зависимост от конкретната необходимост на Възложителя и ще се определят в поръчка - спецификация, която ще се подава до борсовия посредник. За срока на договора Възложителят си запазва правото да прави промени в броя на автомобилите в случай на бракуване или придобиване на нови. Качеството на доставяните (зарежданите) горива трябва да отговаря на изискванията и стандартите, определени в Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол, както и на всички други приложими изисквания на действащата нормативна база в България. На основание чл. 79, ал. 4 от ЗОП, договорът се сключва по правилата на „Софийска Стокова Борса“ АД.
