внедряване на допълнителен софт модул „Пациентски портал“ към съществуващата софтуерна система SC PACS на лечебното заведение, включително осигуряване на неговата последваща техническа поддръжка, актуализация и функциониране на базата на месечна абонаментна услуга за периода на договора. Целта на поръчката е предоставяне на сигурен отдалечен достъп на пациентите до техните профили за визуализация на резултати и медицински изображения от извършена образна диагностика.Общата прогнозна стойност на обществената поръчка е 6000 евро без ДДС за 12 месеца. Стойността на абонаментната услуга по поддържане на допълнителния софтуерен модул на месечна база е 500 евро без ДДС. В предмета на обществената поръчка се включва още инсталацията на допълнителния модул, настройки, обучение на персонала. В месечния абонамент са включени – поддръжка, актуализации и нови версии.„Пациентския портал“ следва да притежава минимални функционални и технически характеристики, подробно описани в Приложение 1
