Услугата включва: • Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи (СМР) за обекта, съгласно чл. 166, ал. 1 от ЗУТ. • Контрол за съответствие на строежа с одобрените инвестиционни проекти, изискванията за безопасност и здраве, нормативните актове и правилата за изпълнение на строителството. • Следене за спазване на изискванията за качество на влаганите строителни продукти, строителни и монтажни дейности. • Контрол върху спазването на строителния график и сроковете за изпълнение на строежа. • Водене на строителни документи – строителен дневник, заповеди, протоколи, актове и други документи, изискуеми от ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове. • Участие в съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството (образци по Наредба № 3/2003 г. – Акт 2, 3, 14, 15, Протокол 19 и др.). • Изготвяне на технически паспорт на обекта (когато е приложимо). • Подготовка и участие в процедурата по въвеждане в експлоатация на строежа (изготвяне на необходимите документи за ДНСК/община, участие в приемателната комисия ако е приложимо).
