При изпълнение на поръчката следва да се извършат две основни групи дейности: 1. Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект за „Реконструкция, основен ремонт, преустройство и промяна предназначението на „Къщата на Антон Новак“ в Морската градина за създаване на „Посетителски център – Антон Новак“ в работна фаза съгласно изискванията на техническото задание за проектиране, Закона за устройство на територията и на действащата нормативна уредба, относима към обекта. Проектът следва да бъде разработен до степен за цялостно изпълнение на всички СМР, включително подробни количествени сметки по всички специалности, да осигурява възможност за възлагане на строителство чрез процедура по Закона за обществените поръчки. 2. Авторски надзор по време на строителството. Упражняването на авторски надзор трябва да се извършва съобразно изискванията на чл. 162 от ЗУТ своевременно и ефективно, посредством отделните правоспособни лица, автори на приложимата проектна документация по части.
