Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка на 1 брой нов колесен багер с челен товарач , с минимални технически характеристики и изисквания, посочени в Техническата спецификация на процедурата. Доставката ще се осъществи франко площадка пред сградата на община Черноочене в срок, предложен от участника, считано от датата на сключване на договора, но не повече от 30 (тридесет) дни. Гаранционният срок за доставения багер се оферира в години или моточаса – минимум 2 (две) години или минимум 2 000 (две хиляди) моточаса, в зависимост кое от двете събития настъпи по-рано. Доставката ще се финансира със средства от бюджета на община Черноочене.
